Visiting Lena in Michigan – part 1

As always, we have a packed program, and as always, I feel so loved and taken care of!

Morning in Ann Arbor.

Can you spot a deer?

Wait, there are two!!! Three!!!

And we are off to Detroit!

To our disappointment, Michigan Central does not have this cool exhibit we saw last time. Instead, it is just a retail and events space.

The part of the wall “before” the restoration is still preserved!

We were glad we had a chance to see the exhibit two years ago, and we hope they still have all of the exhibit pieces stored away somewhere!

What we (and ChatGPT) didn’t know was that Michigan Central hosts a weekly (Fri-Sat) car show, and both the historic cars and the new sleek models are on display! We didn’t have time to explore the car show thoroughly, but what we saw was very impressive!

Thirty plus years later, I still believe it’s true, and still, believe that the databases are the best.
